In Italy good food and wine is a way of life, an intrinsic part of their culture. Gino’s family is from Napoli and he was brought up to love and appreciate food. Food was central to their lives and celebrations. Gino learnt from his mother how to cook authentic traditional Neapolitan dishes using the freshest ingredients of the highest quality creating vivid tomato sauces that are combined with robust and garlic flavoured dishes of the Italian Southern regions. 

Gino love of cooking simple traditional Italian food and the lack of available Italian cuisine inspired him to set up his takeaway and Restaurant Gino’s Pasta to Go. He hopes that it will give people the opportunity to taste the flavours that makes Italian cuisine one of the best in the world.
